Why did I get a notice for OVER USAGE?
The unlimited plans are designed for the calling habits of the typical residence. In some cases, we find certain users have requirements over and above what the industry accepts as typical residential usage. You fit into that category of users. When pricing our plans, we have to consider the average consumer and cannot allow usage that would be typical for a business, call center, telemarketing firm or other high volume user.
As per the Terms and Conditions found in our General Service Agreement, we ask that you upgrade to a bulk plan or pay as you go account immediately. In order to upgrade, please place an order for the new service. Once this is complete, let us know the new account and the existing account that needs to be deleted.
